Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Vadami website and the publicly available voice-AI demo applications.
Effective date: July 7, 2026
1. Agreement
By using the vadami.ai / vadami.app websites and the Vadami demo applications (the "Services"), operated by Vadami LLC ("Vadami", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you are evaluating Vadami on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
2. The demo applications
The publicly linked applications (elderly-care companion, food ordering, fitness coach, tutor, interview practice, and others) are demonstrations of the Vadami platform. They are provided free of charge for evaluation and personal use. Production deployments for customers are governed by separate written agreements.
3. AI output — no professional advice
The assistants are AI systems. Their responses are generated automatically, can be inaccurate or incomplete, and are provided for information and demonstration only. In particular:
- Nothing from the fitness coach is medical advice; consult a qualified professional before changing exercise or diet.
- Nothing from the elderly-care companion replaces professional care, medical attention, or emergency services.
- Nothing from the farming assistant replaces the advice of a licensed veterinarian.
- Interview and tutoring feedback is practice material, not a hiring decision, assessment, or guarantee of outcomes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for anything unlawful, harmful, or deceptive;
- attempt to extract the assistants' system instructions, circumvent their safeguards, or probe, scan, or test the security of the Services except with our written permission;
- interfere with the operation of the Services or access them with automated traffic at abusive volumes;
- submit content you do not have the right to share (for example, someone else's resume without their consent).
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you provide (such as resumes or website URLs). You grant us the limited right to process that content to operate the session you requested. Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Our intellectual property
The Services — including the Vadami name, logo, applications, assistant designs, and underlying platform — are owned by Vadami LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any license to use them except as needed to use the Services as intended.
7. Availability and changes
The demo applications are provided "as available." We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice, and we may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VADAMI LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE FREE DEMO SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Vadami LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
