Privacy Policy
Plain-language first: your voice is processed in real time and never recorded or stored as audio, content you upload stays within your session, and we do not sell your data.

1. Who we are
Vadami LLC ("Vadami", "we", "us") operates the vadami.ai / vadami.app websites and the Vadami voice-AI demo applications (the "Services"). For any privacy question, contact us at info@vadami.ai.
2. Voice conversations
Our applications are voice-first: you speak directly with an AI assistant.
- Audio is not recorded or stored by Vadami. Your microphone audio is streamed in real time to generate the assistant's reply and is not kept as a recording.
- Text transcripts of demo conversations may be retained temporarily to improve conversation quality and diagnose issues. Don't share sensitive personal information in a demo conversation.
- Microphone access is always yours to control. The apps request permission explicitly, and you can revoke it in your browser at any time.
3. Content you provide
Some applications accept content from you to shape the session — for example a resume in the interview apps, or a website URL in I Speak For You. This content is processed in memory for your session only: it is used to prepare the AI session, is not stored after the session ends, and is never used to build profiles about you.
4. AI processing
Conversations are powered by third-party AI model providers (currently OpenAI, and Google for some configurations). Your audio and session content are processed by these providers to generate responses, under their respective enterprise data-handling terms. Vadami configures these sessions with short-lived, single-use credentials.
5. Contact form and email
The contact form composes an email in your own mail application — nothing is transmitted to us until you choose to send it. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship.
6. Analytics
Our marketing website uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, device type). Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies; see Microsoft's privacy statement for details. The demo applications themselves do not use advertising trackers.
7. What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not use your conversations to advertise to you.
- We do not store your voice as audio recordings.
8. Data security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/WebRTC encryption). AI sessions are created with ephemeral credentials that expire within minutes and cannot be reused. Provider API keys and assistant instructions are held server-side only and never exposed to your browser.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the Services evolve. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
